These are the goals for all of my students to inspire and support them on their musical journey.

Experience musicianship as a natural self-expression.
Play a large repertoire covering a broad array of musical styles and genres.
Develop the ability to self-generate (the ability to progress independently). This includes developing a foundation of music reading, writing, composition, improvisation, arrangement, structure and theory etc.).
Support a positive, self-affirming experience throughout the music learning process.

With the Simply Music course, you are playing from your very first lessons. We begin by distilling entire pieces into simple diagrams and patterns that students can clearly see and easily play on the keyboard. After building a repertoire of 20 to 30 pieces, students are introduced to reading rhythm, then notes on the music staff.

Even after a few levels of the course, you will obtain valuable musical skills. These include building a vast repertoire, reading, writing, composing and arranging music, as well as accompanying others, improvising and understanding music theory.

Simply Music students - children, teenagers, adults and seniors alike - are discovering that they have an ability to learn piano more easily and naturally than they thought possible.

Each student is provided with multi-media instructional materials that are professionally prepared to high standards. These video, audio and print aids allow students to easily and effectively review material presented in their lessons. Whether students attend private or shared lessons, the materials dramatically increase their results and playing satisfaction. Pricing is approximately $45 per level. Occasional special programs are approximately $20-25.

The Simply Music student home materials include:

	Detailed video reconstruction of each lesson and each of the pieces being taught

	Various notes, graphic elements and music sheets designed to accompany the student’s lessons

	Audio recordings of the songs they are learning

	Printed materials to enhance student’s progress and help manage their success
